01How is DealerAI priced — per rooftop or per user?+
Per rooftop, per month. Every plan is unlimited users — your entire BDC, sales team, service advisors, and managers all share the system at no extra cost. We price by the location because that's how dealership P&Ls are actually structured.
02What's the difference between Reach and All-in-One?+
Reach adds automated follow-up sequences across SMS and email on top of the Basic chatbot — perfect if your BDC is buried in cold-lead revival. All-in-One adds Voice AI for inbound & outbound calls, outbound campaign sequences, CRM integrations (Xtime, Tekion, TMS, eLeads), reputation management, and full API access. If your phones are ringing unanswered after 6 PM, you want All-in-One.
03Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?+
No setup fee on monthly plans. Onboarding — CRM connection, inventory feed, knowledge-base ingestion, brand-voice tuning — is included. Month-to-month; cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans save 15% and include dedicated implementation for multi-rooftop groups.
04How long does rollout actually take?+
Most single rooftops are live within 5–7 business days. We connect your CRM and inventory feed, ingest your knowledge base, calibrate the agent voice to your brand, and ship a staging environment before go-live. Multi-rooftop groups typically take 2–4 weeks for a staged rollout.
05What happens with SMS and voice usage above the included amount?+
SMS is bundled at $100 per 5,000 additional texts, billed in the month used. Voice AI minutes are metered — your portal shows live consumption. No hidden overages; if you're approaching a threshold, we notify your admin. Enterprise groups can pre-purchase volume at a discount.
06Which CRM, DMS, and tools do you integrate with?+
Out of the box: ADF-standard CRMs (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, CDK, Reynolds), inventory feeds (HomeNet, vAuto, native OEM feeds), and on All-in-One: Xtime, Tekion, TMS, and eLeads. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel integrations ship on every plan. Full API access on All-in-One for anything custom.
07Who owns the conversation data and how is it secured?+
You own your data. Period. DealerAI is SOC 2 Type II and PIPEDA-compliant; data is region-pinned (Canada by default for Canadian rooftops, US for US). Conversations are not used to train foundation models. You can export or delete your history at any time upon request in the portal.
08What if the AI gets something wrong at 2 AM?+
The agent escalates to a human queue any time intent is ambiguous, a customer signals frustration, or a deal-critical question is asked. Escalations land in your CRM with full conversation context. You can also set hard guardrails — topics the AI never handles alone (financing terms, legal, complaints).
09Can we customize the agent's tone to match our brand?+
Yes. During onboarding we ingest your existing scripts, top-performing BDC conversations, and brand voice guidelines. On Reach and All-in-One you can spin up custom agents per department with distinct personalities and scopes. Tone is tunable in real time from the portal.
10Do you offer multi-rooftop / auto group discounts?+
Volume pricing starts at 3+ rooftops and scales significantly from there. Groups of 10+ rooftops typically move to a consolidated commercial agreement with centralized admin, unified reporting, and a named customer success partner. for a quote.
